The processing of the data provided during your volunteer application is based on your consent (GDPR Article 6 (1) a)).

5. Duration of data storage

We will retain the data for a maximum of 1 year, or for as long as you are performing your volunteer activity. After that, the data will be securely deleted.

6. Access to data

Only those members of the organizing team who need to have access to your data have access to your data for the organization and communication.
