What motivates us?

We, the founders of the Fairy Hand Foundation, work every day because we see the impact on children's lives of being able to give them a little love, joy and support in their most difficult moments. Previously, we also experienced as volunteers what it feels like to enter a hospital as a helper, and not as a patient. We have experienced the miracle that children's smiles and laughter can make all difficulties disappear.

This experience led us to start our foundation. Because we know that children not only want medical care, but also love, attention and a little happiness. When we see that our small gestures help them feel better, we know that we are on the right track. This is what defines everything for us: seeing children become emotionally stronger when we are there with them.

That's why we continue to work to bring to even more children the feeling that they are not alone, that there is someone who cares about them, and that even in the most difficult moments, joy can be found. Because smiles and gratitude are the greatest gifts for us.
